Old school psychology is all about solving problems. This is nice in theory but usually doesn't work.

Psychodrama is about changing your relationship with those problems so the emotional weight is lifted from them.

When this happens there are usually 2 results:

1. Your life stays the same but your issues don't bother you as much or at all.

2. Your life changes as a result of changing your relationship with yourself

Psychodrama is all about becoming intimate with yourself.

Dani Levitt has been a life coach for years. He has experience with NLP and other forms of self development. Dani is looking forward to bringing awareness of psychodrama and use of psychodrama to Tel Aviv!
