Inner Fire Workshop

The Mindful Adventures’ Inner Fire workshop is an experiential journey into our inner world, to awaken and increase our awareness of the hidden fire within. With awareness, we become radically present to our natural energies. And when we give space to these energies, embracing them without judgement and expressing them mindfully, an inner transformation takes place. 

Before modern science, fire was considered to be one of 4 classical elements (earth, air, water, fire). Today, we see that fire is a process with its own life cycles. This can also be seen in how fire-like energies move and change within us. Oftentimes, we feel stuck with a particular energy, thought-patterns or actions that no longer serves us; or, we may feel overwhelmed by ever-changing emotions. Yet, we have the innate ability to go inwards – straight to the source – and initiate our inner fire as a process, an alchemy. From here, we transform our own energy in process. We become more open for love, inner peace, and silence. And we also discover the secret to living life totally, with passion and awareness.

In the Inner Fire, full-day workshop, participants will:

à Gain hands-on experience with primitive fire tools & the methods of our early human ancestors

à Explore active meditations, the ancient Tibetan Tummo method, breathing exercises, creative visualization, and dance – all for developing inner fire

à Gain practical tools for bringing mindful awareness into everyday activities

à Discover new approaches to transforming one’s own energy, and viewing oneself in a new light
